Ejendomsinvestering som alternativ og supplement til investering i obligationer<\/h2>\n

N\u00e5r der tales formuepleje, er obligationer en af de mere traditionelle investeringsformer. I forhold til en stabil formuetilv\u00e6kst, er det dog vigtigt for den samlede formues risikospredning og afkastpotentiale, at der ogs\u00e5 t\u00e6nkes i alternative investeringsformer.<\/p>\n

Her kommer ejendomsinvestering naturligt ind i det finansielle billede som et afkastm\u00e6ssigt mere lukrativt alternativ til investering i obligationer. Obligationerne tjener prim\u00e6rt det form\u00e5l at g\u00f8re dele af formuen uafh\u00e6ngig af inflationen. Samtidig medf\u00f8rer de dog en begr\u00e6nset \u00e5rlig formuetilskrivning som f\u00f8lge af de relativt lave renter.<\/p>\n

Lejemarkedet er desuden et marked, der klarer sig godt uafh\u00e6ngigt af de \u00f8vrige konjunkturer i samfunds\u00f8konomien, hvilket yderligere bidrager til at g\u00f8re ejendomsinvesteringen til en lukrativ investeringsform.<\/p>\n

Velgennemt\u00e6nkt formuepleje best\u00e5r af variation i investeringsformerne. Dermed sikres en stabil formuetilv\u00e6kst, samtidig med at risikoen for udhuling mindskes. Det skyldes blandt andet, at andelen af den samlede formue anbragt i fast ejendom, er uafh\u00e6ngig af udsving p\u00e5 aktiemarkedet.<\/p>\n

\u00c5rsagen er, at investeringen i ejendomme ikke p\u00e5virkes af den \u00f8vrige inflation, da alle lejeindt\u00e6gter \u00e5rligt reguleres nationalt. Hermed bliver den endelige v\u00e6rdi af afkastet over en \u00e5rr\u00e6kke ikke devalueret, men holder sig i stedet v\u00e6rdim\u00e6ssigt konstant. I kombination med de traditionelle investeringsformer som aktier og obligationer, skaber dette en god risiko- og afkastfordeling.<\/p>\n
